They say the best things come in tiny packages, and that can’t be more true for these delicious little cheesecakes. With a (highly) anticipated launch date of October 2021, this new opening will be coming at you real soon.

Join their fan list and give them a follow on Instagram for the latest scoop. Sneak peeks are featured on their Instagram, and it looks like these little jars will be the star of the show. Honestly, single serve cheesecake are a win. They keep it fresh AND don’t let you eat the whole cheesecake in one sitting. Basically, we can’t wait to try them.

No last call for some top notch baked goods here! The cakes that you know and love from General in Forest Park are headed across town and will be housed in their very own kitchen. Owner Channah Willis started this company from the ground up in a 500 square foot apartment after the pandemic changed their plans. Starting early 2022, you’ll be able to visit their new kitchen and order these beautiful, custom cakes.

Wing it On is adding a little spice to the Birmingham area. With their new location in Trussville, they’ll be serving up wings like it’s nobody’s business. Keep it mild with their Hickory Barbecue Sauce or spice it up with Wings of Prey if you want to really feel the heat.

This location is officially open, so it’s time to pick your sauce, Birmingham. For all of our non-wing lovers, their fries are delicious, per the words of our photographer (and resident wing fanatic), Jacob Blankenship.

“I ordered the Classic Wings with the Nashville Hot signature sauce and the Kick’n Cajun Waffle Fries. Both were definitely worth the trip.”
