Urban Supply moving forward in Parkside, new tenants opening late 2024
Reading time: 3 minutes
Exciting news—construction is moving forward on Urban Supply, the highly-anticipated redevelopment in Parkside that seeks to transform unused warehouse buildings into space for retail, restaurant and office tenants. Read on to learn more about the development of Urban Supply in Parkside + upcoming tenants.
Urban Supply — an exciting project in Parkside
Parkside—the area of town surrounding Railroad Park—has seen a tremendous amount of growth over the past few years. Major draws to the area include the Park, Regions Field, Good People Brewing Co., The Fennec and more. Now, Orchestra Partners is bringing even more development to Parkside with Urban Supply.
Proposed by Orchestra Partners in 2020 as part of their Parkside Master Plan, Urban Supply is an in-progress development designed to become a gathering spot where people can relax, spend time together and have fun.
“We recognize that many in our community have been eagerly awaiting progress at Urban Supply after the project’s original 2020 announcement. We’re thrilled to share that after overcoming several unexpected challenges, construction is officially underway! We believe this mixed-use development will add to the already flourishing Parkside District, and we hope the city finds it well worth the wait.”

The Urban Supply development will transform unused buildings behind Good People Brewing into bright and open gathering places that are centrally located and easily accessible by the whole city. The entire development will be accessible by the Aisle—a formerly overgrown alleyway transformed into a space for multiple outdoor activities.
“Urban Supply will continue to prioritize connectivity and walkability through the site and beyond. This will be highlighted by the Aisle, an existing alleyway re-imagined as an accessible pedestrian corridor. The Aisle, along with several outdoor gathering spaces, will help to enhance the indoor/outdoor interaction with the project’s historic buildings.”
