It’s the first weekend in August and we are pumped! Why? Because there is an excellent list of events to check out around Birmingham. From Cinderella at Red Mountain Theatre to Art on the Rocks at the Birmingham Museum of Art, here’s what’s ahead, August 5-7.

2. August Party on the Porch

3. Art on the Rocks

Why go:¬†It’s the perfect way to celebrate a Friday night in Bham. You’ll have the chance to hear Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter + producer¬†Eric Bellinger¬†and can paint alongside Brooklyn-based contemporary artist¬†Rico Gaston. Plus so much more!

4. Market at the Park

Why go:¬†It’ll be a fun-filled afternoon for you and your crew with local vendors, music + a food truck.

6. The 4th Annual Back 2 School Block Party
