Personally, I like to knock out my workout first thing in the morning. Even better if I’m not fully awake until about half-way through class. It’s over before you even realize it’s started!

But, if you prefer to have your coffee before you hop on the rower, or need to blow off some steam after a long day of work, Orangetheory has it handled. Each location hosts multiple classes throughout the day, so check the calendar to schedule your next class.
