Bayou Bros. releases new catering menu in Birmingham

Birmingham-based food truck, Bayou Bros., just got spicier with the addition of a new catering menu.
A Look at Bayou Bros.

Bham Now first filled you in on Bayou Bros. back in January 2019 after the food truck first hit Birmingham’s roadways.
Here’s a quick recap:
Bayou Bros. was the creation of Ben Olivier and Haden Smith. The duo were finalists in REV Birmingham’s Big Pitch competition in November 2017.
It was after this that Smith founded The Annex—an incubator for culinary startups in Birmingham—in Birmingham’s Tillman Levenson building downtown.
But the dream for Olivier and Haden was to own their very own Cajun food truck, which they accomplished in December 2018.
