Cowfish sushi burger fusion grand opening at the Summit

Cowfish opened this past Wednesday at the Summit.  Learn more about this creative sushi-burger-bar concept that just moved to Birmingham!

This Charlotte-based 6,000 sq foot restaurant at the Summit will have around 150 employees.

Cowfish has locations in Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, and Orlando. This fun restaurant has bright walls and artwork and an aquarium. The restaurant even has interactive computer monitors for guests to build their own sushi rolls.

Menu

The Cowfish menu includes burger and sandwich options that range from the hunka hunka burger with creamy peanut butter, fried bananas, and applewood bacon on a brioche bun to their chicken, bacon, and avocado sandwich.

On their sushi bar selection, try their spicy crunchy roll with shrimp tempura, kani, spicy mayo, and crispy tempura flakes.

Their menu also includes entree-sized sushi fusion meals.  Try their DION’S OMG! ROLL with tempura coconut shrimp, kani, English cucumber inside, coated in tempura flakes. The roll is also topped with 14 fresh mango, avocado, spicy honey marmalade and coconut flakes.

Lastly, their burgushi rolls are a must for the adventurous palette.  Try their deliverance roll with pulled pork, caramelized onion and barbeque sauce, flash-fried in soy paper and topped with potato strings.

Their menu also includes salads, burger-sushi combo meals, desserts like chocolate torte, hand-spun milkshakes as well as beer, cocktail and wine selections.
