Birmingham in top ten for new buyers

If you’re meeting a lot of new people recently, congratulations, and it’s not just you!  More and more first-time home buyers are coming to live here, enough to propel us into the top ten cities for first time home buyers list for Zillow, “the leading real estate and rental marketplace.”

Our city has gotten a lot of great press recently, from national standards like the New York Times to political blogs such as the Huffington Post.  As more and more people hear about what’s going on, it seems like the Magic City will keep on growing.
