Bitty & Beau’s, Eagle’s Restaurant, Half-Shell Oyster + more earned 95+ food service scores in June

Several Jefferson County restaurants—including Bitty & Beaus, Full Moon BBQ, Eagles Cafe, and Three-Earred Rabbit —received 95 and above on their food service scores this past June.

Since 2018, Bham Now has reported the monthly Jefferson County Department of Health restaurant food service scores. Each month, an average of 100+ local establishments that handle and serve food are inspected by the Health Department on criteria such as:

  • Restaurants
  • Schools
  • Nursing homes
  • Daycare centers
  • Hospitals
  • Grocery stores
  • Concession stands
