The fall menu at Chopt
When our team spotted Chopt’s fall menu, we knew we had to try everything.
- Tahini Caesar Crunch Salad | Experience staple Caesar flavors infused with the sesame goodness of Seed + Mill Tahini.
- Tahini Caesar Crunch Wrap | Enjoy the Tahini Crunch Salad in wrap form.
- Ultimate Hummus Harissa Bowl | This limited-time bowl is the perfect blend of Mediterranean flavors, featuring Ithaca Hummus and New York Shuk Harissa.
While members from the Chopt team were preparing our salads, they made sure each one was customized to our personal preferences, even asking us if we wanted light, medium or heavy dressing.

Sustainability is a key value at Chopt
“Better Tastes Better,” one of Chopt’s core values, means that sustainability is at the forefront. Chopt emphasizes the importance of how ingredients are sourced, treated and prepared through a few different ways:
- Working with Partners | Developing close relationships with farmers ensures the freshest quality ingredients for salads and promotes sustainable agricultural practices.
- Sourcing Locally | Choosing local ingredients helps maintain a plant-forward menu without artificial preservatives.
- Climate Awareness | Using 100% compostable bowls that naturally break down ensures less waste being produced.

Find out more about Chopt’s sourcing + partnerships
“Better Tastes Better” is seen throughout the brand even in the sourcing and partnerships. Chopt works with local farms to source fresh produce and develop relationships along the way. Products used in the Birmingham locations are sourced from local farms such as:
- Kale – L.G. Herndon Jr. Farms, Lyons, Georgia
- Cabbage – Hollar & Greene, Mount Airy, North Carolina
- Sweet Potatoes – Scott Farms, Lucama, North Carolina
To Chopt, “choosing local” means sourcing ingredients from within 400 surrounding miles when possible.
Chopt also features artisan partners from around the country who make high-quality ingredients and are mindful with their sourcing. One example is Seed+Mill, an artisanal tahini maker based in NYC. This partner creates the star ingredient of Chopt’s Tahini Caesar and Lemon Tahini dressings, freshly milled from roasted Ethiopian sesame seeds.
