This week, Atlanta-based Competitive Social Ventures broke ground on a new-to-Birmingham entertainment brand in Urban Supply, an exciting development in Parkside.

Dubbed Fairway Social, the business will include a restaurant, bar, live sports, Full Swing™ powered bays and much more.

Bham Now first reported that Fairway Social would be coming to Urban Supply back in 2022. Now, we can’t wait to see the Fairway Social build come together over the next four to six months.

An entertainment destination for people of all ages, Fairway Social combines sports and entertainment through simulator bays with virtual sport games—everything from competitive golf to zombie dodgeball.

Once complete, the Birmingham location of Fairway Social will be roughly 7,500 square feet and will include:

Fairway Social will be located inside Urban Supply, a mixed-use development near Railroad Park consisting of six properties along a pedestrian-only aisle inside a former alley.
