As we kick off a fabulous month in Birmingham, there’s plenty of excitement brewing with some fantastic new establishments opening their doors—from a beloved local cookie shop to a new Indian restaurant in English Village. Let’s dive into the latest buzz!

1. Cookie Fix | Greystone

Get ready to enjoy a sweat treat on the go! A new Cookie Fix location is now open on Highway 280. The store sells dozens of classic flavors, variations and over 100 flavors that appear on a rotating menu.

2. Walk-in Urgent Care Clinic | Leeds

Fast Pace Health, a regional Walk-In Urgent Care Clinic, is now open in Leeds. Operating 7 days a week, the clinic features: on-site lab, COVID-19 testing and x-ray capabilities.

3. Maid Brigade | Birmingham

A franchise promoting eco-friendly cleaning methods and products has opened a brick-and-motar location in Birmingham. Maid Brigade, a national cleaning service franchise, started by Arnaud T. Mylle, a UAB Collat School of Business alumnus, is ready to help you with your spring cleaning.

4. Plenty of Vino | Downtown

Plenty of Vino, a unique fusion of wine, plants and event hosting, has opened in downtown Birmingham on 2nd Avenue North. Previously established in Hoover, this new concept now resides beside Bamboo on 2nd and across the street from El Barrio.

5. Curry Corner | English Village

A new Indian restaurant, Curry Corner, is set to open this spring in Mountain Brook’s English Village. It will occupy the former Chester’s Test Kitchen site, situated in front of the Civitas statue.

6. Bluff Park Coffee Collective | Bluff Park

Daysol Coffee and Good Neighbor Baking are coming to the heart of Bluff Park on Saturday, April 6. What’s better than fresh coffee and delicious pastries!
