Calling all sweet tooths—your newest sugar fix is here. According to recent social media posts, a new Cookie Fix location is opening Wednesday, March 27 on Highway 280.

Founded in Homewood in 2016

The cult favorite cookie restaurant is known for selling both fresh-baked cookies and frozen to-go cookies.

As the story goes, Cookie Fix founder and Birmingham native Amy Jason baked cookies for community events like PTA meetings and Bible studies. As her cookie recipes grew more popular, she began simply making frozen dough balls for people to take home and bake themselves.

Since its launch in Homewood in 2016, Cookie Fix has become massively popular. The store sells dozens of classic flavors, variations and over 100 flavors that appear on a rotating menu.

(P.S.—Check out the cookie calendar to see which flavors will be sold during the month.)

Want a taste of the menu? Here are a few of Cookie Fix’s current flavors:

  • Brown Sugar Blondie: white chocolate chips, sea salt
  • First Date: heavy on the dark chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, sea salt
  • Blueberry Jumble: white chocolate chips, blueberries, lemon, walnuts, cinnamon, topped with lemon glaze

Cookie Fix + Super Chix are coming to 280

Cookie Fix’s newest Greystone location will share its building with Super Chix, which is expected to open in early April.

Cookie Fix on 280 will open on Wednesday, March 27 at 10AM for a grand opening celebration with prizes and giveaways.
