One of Birmingham’s most beloved places to hang out, Otey’s is a great place for pub food and drinks. The popular eatery is known for bringing in sod & azaleas during the week the Masters is played and who doesn’t love Otey’s Fest in the Summer. The new location in Homewood has a lot to live up to!

Bitty & Beau’s Coffee – 96

Want to find a place where Bham Now writers work? The newly opened Bitty & Beau’s Coffee shop in Homewood is a good place to find us typing away. Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is what they call “a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop” that seeks to create a career path for people with disabilities to become more valued and included in their community. The Homewood shop is the company’s 25th location and 2nd in Alabama.

Satterfield’s Restaurant – 96

Looking for a comfortable place to dine in Cahaba Heights? One of our favorite places is Chef Becky Satterfield’s — Satterfield’s Restaurant. Fun fact – in 2018 she earned the well-deserved honor of best female chef in Alabama from USA Today. And the food? Out of this world, delicious.
