Gardendale, something new and fun is coming to town. The redevelopment of Bill Noble Park is in the works to attract athletes from the region. Read on to learn when this park will be ready to use and what will be there.

A new Bill Noble Park is coming

Named for former Gardendale mayor Bill Noble, the park is getting a makeover—a $32 million one to be exact. In order to attract athletes from all over the Southeast, the City of Gardendale is working with Stone Building Company to add new fields and amenities.

The redevelopment of Bill Noble Park is almost ready for the public. Mark your calendars to head to this sporty spot by spring 2023.

What will be at the park?

Families and friends alike will be thrilled with all of the exciting additions to the new and improved athletic complex. You can look forward to:

  • 3 concession stands
  • 8 tennis courts
  • 9 baseball and softball fields
  • 11 pickleball courts
