EastWest was one of the first restaurants I tried when I moved to Birmingham and it continues to be at the top of my list. The mix of Eastern and Western cultural foods provides for a unique and delicious experience

What do we recommend? The West Wings (bonus tip: they are half off on Wednesdays!)

There is no better place to get drinks before your main course than the new House of Found Objects bar. Opened earlier this month, this bar has a huge collection of memorabilia and “found objects” for everyone of every age to enjoy.

What do we recommend? The Geno Pearson—agreeable, robust, tall.

Main Course

Bamboo on 2nd

We wanted to add a main course that won’t leave you too full, so Bamboo on 2nd was the clear winner. Full from drinks and apps? You can get a simple sushi roll or salad. Still hungry—order multiple sushi rolls until you can’t take anymore.

What do we recommend? The Magic City Roll—great flavors named after a great city.

End the night at Neon Moon—it’s conveniently by EastWest, so right by where you parked—with some dancing and good times. From Friday, November 25 to Friday, December 30, Neon Moon transforms into Sippin’ Santa, which offers a holiday drink menu and tons of tinsel to dance with.

What do we recommend? Karaoke nights on Tuesday and Thursday and a Holiday on Ice to drink.
