It is officially Halloween time here in Birmingham. Keep reading to find out where the best bloodcurling screams will be in these five haunted houses in Birmingham and within two hours of downtown.
1. Nightmare at 3008
Located off Decatur Highway is Nightmare at 3008, an award-winning haunted house just thirteen minutes from downtown Birmingham. Get ready to venture through long, dark and twisty trails that will have you screaming every turn. According to their website, Nightmare at 3008 donates a portion of their profits to Children’s of Alabama Childhood Cancer Research. This haunted house is a must-visit.

2. Warehouse 31
At Pelham’s Warehouse 31, you can enjoy a full-blown indoor haunted house with multiple attractions plus food, fun and games. This haunted house is a personal favorite because it has SCARAOKE, karaoke with skeletons. I recommend Warehouse 31 to a group who has people ready to brave the scares and people who will hold down the scaraoke on stage. Plus, this venue is a great place for family fun or large groups.

3. Atrox Factory
Don’t forget to check out Atrox Factory, the largest indoor attraction in the Southeast. Expect endless screams when navigating the 50,000 square feet of terror and 1/4 mile in Leeds, just under thirty minutes from Downtown.

The brand-new location of Insanitarium Haunted Attraction is located in Trussville and is ready to explore with a world full of creatures and the undead. One of the top haunted houses in Birmingham, Insanitarium Haunted Attraction will keep you spooked the entire way through.
