After years of anticipation, according to a Facebook post, cult-favorite eatery Slutty Vegan is opening its Woodlawn location in just a few weeks. Whether you’re a vegan or not, this restaurant is something that everybody can get excited about. Read on for the details.
Woodlawn goes Vegan
One thing about Slutty Vegan is that wherever they go, crowds follow. Time after time, the popular food truck has garnered lines around the block and rapidly sold out of its unbelievable vegan eats. I mean, check out this video from their Birmingham visit back in 2021!
During her visit to The Magic City in Fall 2020, Pinky Cole, CEO and Founder of Slutty Vegan ATL, found the ideal location for her first out-of-state Slutty Vegan location on 55th Place, in the heart of Woodlawn’s historic downtown.
Opening soon
After delays in construction, Birminghamians have been on the edge of their seats for the eatery’s doors to open. The good news? The wait is almost over.
Abra Barnes, President of Barnes & Associates, Realtors was the real estate broker for the property, purchased from REV Birmingham. In a Facebook post, she announced Slutty Vegan’s upcoming opening.
Block party, you say? We can’t wait for more details to be released about the upcoming opening.
