A new Dunkinโ€™ opened on Highway 280 in Hoover this week at the nearly completed Cahaba Market mixed-use development.

Popular in the northeast U.S., Dunkinโ€™ is one of the largest coffee shop/donut shop chains in the world, with over 12,000 stores. Founded in 1950, Dunkinโ€™ is relatively new to Alabama with the first shop opening in Dothan back in 2009.

Near Alabama 119

Close to the Alabama 119 intersection, the new Dunkinโ€™ is the first storefront to debut at Cahaba Market.

As reported by Bham Now in late 2020, the new 12,600-square-foot  development will include a mix of retail and eateries. In addition to Dunkinโ€™, confirmed tenants coming soon to the 5415 U.S. 280 location are::

Explosive Growth

The new Dunkinโ€™ is surrounded by one of the fastest growing retail areas in the Birmingham region. Fueled by the development of Ascension St. Vincentโ€™s 119, the area has witnessed explosive growth, adding a Publix, Walk-ons and numerous other shops within the Hoover – Tattersall Park development.

Whatโ€™s next? Stay tuned โ€”there is more to come.
