Another local market that will have your bubbly essentials this season is GreenWise Market by Publix. When asked about their champagne selection, Rusty from their wine department responded with “A lot of everything—we have 63 French champagnes in stock,” which is a good sign in our book.

This newer wine and gourmet center is dedicated to wine—so you know they know their stuff. If you’ve never been to Red or White in Forest Park, I’d highly suggest a trip. Not only is their selection impeccable, but they’re some of the friendliest people in the biz. For the holidays, they suggested the Champagne Billecart Salmon in the Brut Rose. PS—this is known to pair very nicely with fish such as salmon or sushi.
