One of the most popular shopping destinations in the Southeast is expanding its impressive list of restaurants, retailers, entertainment and more. The Summit has announced three new openings coming in 2020—keep reading for the details!

1. Real and Rosemary

Real and Rosemary was founded on the idea that sitting around the kitchen table enjoying a meal together is not an antiquated practice. They still believe in the importance of family meal times—even if it’s between work, homework and soccer practice at 6:30.

They exist to make honest meals an everyday occurrence. Real and Rosemary combines fresh ingredients in simple and familiar recipes that are made for sharing and enjoying together.

The real? They don’t use preservatives, food dyes or MSG—just proteins, fruits, vegetables and basic ingredients combined in thoughtful, delicious ways.

2. Battle Republic

Battle Republic is a boxing-inspired gym that combines High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and strength training for a get-your-butt-kicked workout. Seriously—we tried it.

Their killer playlists plus state-of-the-art technology means you’re guaranteed to have fun while you’re putting in the work. Founded by an impressive group with varied business and fitness backgrounds, Battle Republic made quite the splash at their flagship location in Homewood.

North Italia is a modern Italian neighboorhood restaurant—this will be their first location in the state of Alabama. They’ll bring made-from-scratch Italian favorites to The Summit all week long, serving lunch and dinner seven days a week.

The North Italia culinary team starts from scratch every morning to create both Italian classics, seasonal dishes and more. Costal Italian eateries inspired the fresh cuisine and relaxed atmosphere.
