Remember your New Year’s fitness resolutions? Me either. Frankly, I’ve exhausted every excuse of why I “can’t” workout. My favorites are “it’s too cold outside” and “I can’t afford to join a gym right now.” But, I’ve completely run out of ways to avoid getting in shape.

The forecast for the month of March—not including this week, brrrrr— is looking pretty good, so no excuses about getting outside, and Birmingham seems to be offering free fitness classes around every corner. I figured I’d share the good news with some of my fellow fitness resolution ditchers, because hey, we’re all in this together. So, here’s your guide to working out for free in Birmingham this March
