Military Heroes Hockey Tournament

Pelham, AL – Come be a part of history as the puck drops for the inaugural Military Heroes Hockey Tournament at the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena. The event promises to entertain. Current and active military members from all over the Southeastern region, along with celebrity hockey players, will take the ice for an action-packed tournament to raise money for DAV Service Animals. A jersey auction will follow the game.

About the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena

Tucked below Oak Mountain, only 20 minutes south of Birmingham, the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena is Shelby County’s finest entertainment, conference, and banquet facility. With two NHL-sized ice arenas (one that easily transforms into 30,000 square feet of exhibition space), a Skating School, Skating-Birthday Party Rooms, and 7,000 square feet of elegant banquet and conference space, Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena is the ideal place to host a variety of events. Home to the SPHL’s Birmingham Bulls, the venue’s main arena hosts a variety of events, including sporting events, concerts, tradeshows, family shows, and expos. The Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena, a City of Pelham facility, is a multi-sport and event venue complex managed by VenuWorks.
