NEW state-of-the-art event space now open at Pepper Place

A new event space has opened at Pepper Place.

Called The Sage, the venue is located in the historic Architectural Heritage building at 200 28th Street South, near Ovenbird and Billy Reid. The owners of the new event spot are Paget Pizitz and Harriet Reis, the co-owners of Melt, the popular restaurant at Lane Parke.

Description of The Sage

What should you expect to see at The Sage? Here are the details:

  • 5,000+ square feet of newly renovated event space
  • Capacity accommodating up to 112 seated guests and 350 standing
  • Outdoor courtyard which increases space for larger events
  • High ceilings, exposed brick walls, reclaimed lumber, state-of-the-art kitchen spaces and brand-new restrooms
  • Built-in bar
  • Handicapped accessible facilities

In addition to the space, the establishment offers a list of preferred vendors. They also provide tables and chairs for rent.
