New coworking offices coming to emerging “Avonwood” Commercial District

Today, two prominent local Birmingham developers announced the construction of a new boutique coworking office project anchoring the emerging Avonwood Commercial District.
Called the Offices, the development is led by Phil Amthor and Jeremy Erdreich. Currently under construction, the space is located at the intersection of 5th Ave S and 45th Street (4439 5th Ave S, Birmingham) near the popular Jones Valley Trail.
Avondale + Crestwood = Avonwood
“Flexible, convenient private coworking offices are growing in demand.
