National taco chain + coffee shop coming to Alabaster on Highway 119

The city of Alabaster is on a roll.
Almost immediately after the city approved in late March a $242 million development project called District 31, the fast-growing town reported on the construction of a new Taco Bell restaurant and Seven Brew coffee shop on Highway 119.
The announcement about the new project was made on the City of Alabaster’s Facebook page.

“We’ve received several questions about the development between O’Reilly Auto Parts and Fast Pace Urgent Care on Highway 119. The property owner will begin constructing a Taco Bell restaurant on this property next week (opening this summer), and will begin constructing an adjacent Seven Brew in the coming months. With this and the announcement of the District 31 shopping center off exit 238, Alabaster has had some great economic development news this week!”
Alabaster is growing
