Red Bike Coffee – 100

Crestwood
The Crestwood Storefront (Grace Brindley / Bham Now)

There are some places in town that are meant to be a coffee shop. When Red Bike Coffee moved into the former Crestwood Coffee location the community collectively nodded their heads and gave a thumbs up. And – by the way – it doesn’t hurt they carry locally roasted Red Bike Coffee and make fantastic sandwiches.

Magic Milkshake and More -96

Magic Milkshakes + More

Question: Is there such a thing as a gourmet milkshake? I don’t know if there is an answer – but the shakes created at Magic Milkshakes and More are truly pieces of art. My favorites — S.E.C. and the Godzilla vs. King Kong.

Cedar House – 96

Tarrant

The Cedar House in Tarrant, which has always scored an A+ on the health department scores, is a great place  to eat if you love comfort food. They have got a wide range of daily specials ranging from meatloaf to fried catfish. And don’t forget their veggies.
