To keep the tech scene in Birmingham growing year-round, a group of local tech experts formed TECHS AND THE CITY—where everyone in the tech ecosystem can get better at what they do by sharing knowledge, resources and opportunities.

Chase Morrow, President of Deploy Alloy and one of the driving forces behind TECHS AND THE CITY, views the event as a way to have fun and open conversations about tech.

“An event that moves away from the pay-to-play mentality and where we can have fun, open and honest discussions about tech in our wonderful city. When you can bring everyone together with a community mindset, magic happens.

This event is going to be fantastic with some of Birmingham’s most influential tech leaders battling out on stage. I do not think this has ever happened in Birmingham and I cannot wait to watch.”

Chase Morrow, President and Cofounder, Deploy Alloy
