Where do I start?

Scrolling through 27 pages of diverse items can be daunting. When you go through the website for the first time click watch on items you might be interested in and your search will be filtered down. Plus—the item will be added to your ‘watch list’ and you will receive notifications if the item gets bid on by others.

What if I want to preview a product?

Want a sneak peek? For items in the auction, Bid Llama will host a preview if you want to see a product in person before placing a bid online. For example, if you have your eye on a couch that’s worth thousands of dollars, stop by Bid Llama and check it out to make sure the fabric matches your space to reduce risk.

Are the products really quality?

“People often get nervous when they hear returns or liquidation, but it doesn’t have to be scary! Just because a product wasn’t a good fit for someone else doesn’t mean it can’t be just what you’ve been looking for.”

Nick Goudreau, Auction Manager, Bid Llama

Bid Llama works hard to test all the products and accurately describe them. If a mistake is made the staff is happy to work with their customers on figuring out a solution.

“We do our best to test and accurately describe each item so you know what you’re getting. We will make notes in the item description if we’ve found missing pieces or something is damaged. We do still make mistakes sometimes though, so in those cases our team will work with our customers to find a happy solution for everyone!”

Check out even more discounts in the retail store inside Bid Llama’s warehouse

Inside Bid Llama’s warehouse is a retail section where you can shop tons of discounted items. I found office and cleaning supplies starting at $1.

When items don’t sell in the auction they go in bins found at the front of the store, part of the retail section. The bins start at five dollars and then go down to three dollars and then to one dollar.
