Innovation Depot hosts Tech on Tap, a monthly large happy hour for the tech startup community. Over 150 people are involved in the monthly gatherings. Richie Kruunenberg, the Director of Marketing & Operations at Innovation Depot, works directly with Maggie for all catering, food and snack needs.

Richie shared that he has developed a strong enough relationship with Maggie that he can tell her what he is looking for, the number of people attending and his budget and Maggie is able to mix options from different restaurants for the event.

Tech on Tap has done several special events with PRG from having different stations from all their restaurants to a specific Rodney Scott’s catering bar to mixing all the restaurant options together for charcuterie style.

“I would always recommend Pihakis Restaurant Group for special events. They are our main supplier when it comes to catering and can make last minute changes which is always helpful. The flexibility of Maggie mixing and matching food options is a huge perk for our events. PRG has really good service and the quality of the food is great.”

Joy-filled family wedding at Lake Martin.

PRG Catering is here to help beyond the beautiful spread of delicious food. Maggie and her expert team work with guests to figure out logistics from menus, serving pieces, travel logistics, on-site staff and trash haul-off. During a wedding weekend at Lake Martin, PRG staff worked each day, driving to and from the lake, setting up, cooking, feeding and cleaning everything up to return and do it all over the next day.

PRG put together a beautiful welcome dinner featuring Little Donkey’s Mexican fare on Thursday night at the family’s lake home for 50 guests. Friday brought a day full of lake activities fueled by Greek delights from Tasty Town for 100 people. Following the ceremony and reception on Saturday, everyone toasted their weekend together with a send-off brunch and coffee on Sunday by Hero Donuts.

“Maggie and her PRG Catering team delighted in the details. They made sure our events ran smoothly so we could enjoy them as much as our guests did. But even more than that, the PRG team, from Maggie on down, were warm, incredibly friendly and very helpful. They were beyond wonderful. Plus the food was fantastic.”
