Momentum is a special conference full of accomplished women
For previous attendees and current breakout session presenters Julie McDonald and Lisa Goldstein-Graham, this incredible opportunity is all about supporting and celebrating each other.
“We are grateful to present at the Conference for the fourth time this year, but we are also here as attendees and community members—to experience an infusion of positive energy and motivation that will sustain us over the next two years!
If you are lucky enough to attend the Conference, take a moment out of the day to step back and take in everything and everyone around you. This is the tremendous power of women working together.”
Lisa Goldstein-Graham
Julie noted that the first time attending Momentum can seem a little intimidating, but it quickly starts to feel like a close community.
“There were so many smart, accomplished, inspiring women in attendance. I quickly realized that Momentum is a special conference, where attendees are friendly and enthusiastic about making real connections and where there are so many opportunities to learn from experts.”
Julie McDonald

- Interactive Breakout Sessions
- Choose 4 breakout sessions from topics include leadership development, negotiation skills, work-life integration, powerful presentations, self-preservation and more.
- Networking Opportunities
- Meet and connect with other professionals who are passionate about leadership and career development.
- Personal Growth

- New this year—the morning sessions will focus on the nuances for male leaders in an increasingly diverse talent pool.
- PLUS two post-conference sessions and a networking happy hour event with previous Men with Momentum participants.
After this jam-packed day, there is a lively party to close out the conference.
Know you want to go?
Here’s some advice to take in before you make your way to the BJCC on March 21:
“Before attending, set aside some time to define your goals for the conference.
What do you hope to learn? Which relationships do you hope to nurture? What skills do you want to practice and refine?
Sit next to someone you don’t know during a breakout session. Raise your hand and ask a challenging question. Introduce yourself to that senior leader you’ve admired from afar but haven’t met in person. Remember…you won’t have access to this amazing group of women again until 2026.”
Lisa Goldstein-Graham
So, attend as many sessions as you can, be open and ready to learn and remember to step back and take it all in. You will be glad you did!
