I don’t know about you, but my day just got a little bit sweeter. The beloved Cookie Fix just announced their newest location, and it’s in Birmingham! Get ready for their latest addition coming to Highway 280. Keep reading to see what we know so far.
Birmingham’s third Cookie Fix location
Loved by all who walk through the doors, Cookie Fix’s Highway 280 location marks their sixth storefront and Birmingham’s third.
In an Instagram post, owner Fatima Maldonado expressed her excitement to open the newest location with her mom Blanca.
“We are both so unbelievably grateful for this opportunity. Cookie Fix has become a household name in Birmingham and we can’t wait to continue sharing these amazing cookies with our friends, family and community.”

How soon can I visit Cookie Fix on 280?
The Instagram post announced that Cookie Fix 280 would be ready for visitors in early 2024. We are counting down the days with you, Birmingham.
