1. 2 Dough Girlz | Woodlawn
A new twist is coming to Italian cuisine with the opening of 2 Dough Girlz, according to the Birmingham Business Journal. This spot will be housed in Woodlawn near the Woodlawn Marketplace and Slutty Vegan. Their menu options include pizza with catchy names like Too Much Sauce and 400 Degreez.

2. GreenPal
The Uber-like lawn mowing app, GreenPal, has just announced that they are expanding to the Birmingham area this week. This app allows homeowners to find local lawn professionals and select who they want to work with.
3. Bandwagon | Vestavia
According to the Birmingham Business Journal, this Homewood sports shop is opening a second location in Cahaba Heights at the Heights Village. The store sells sports equipment, apparel, athleisure and more.

4. PopBar | Hoover + Montevallo
Hoover-based Baba Java Coffee has entered into a multi-unit franchising agreement with Popbar. The company offers all-natural frozen treats like gelato, sorbet and frozen yogurt on a stick produced in-house daily. They have 80+ rotating flavors including classics like chocolate and vanilla as well as seasonal items like watermelon and pumpkin pie.

5. Urban Parc | Five Points South
