1. Ruffner Mountain +Turkey Creek Nature Preserve
Come shop the 2023 Spring Native Plant Sale Inventory at Ruffner Mountain. In-person shopping is available during open greenhouse days. Ruffner’s Greenhouse will be open every Saturday in April from 10AM until 2PM. Shop for native plants from Ruffner Mountain and Turkey Creek Nature Preserve.
2. Birmingham Botanical Gardens
The annual Spring Plant Sale 2023 is happening April the 14th at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. The nonprofit Friends of Birmingham Botanical Gardens will be hosting the event in the Gardens’ Formal Lawn and Hill Garden. Get ready to shop hundreds of plants that have been nurtured at the Gardens by the Friends’ dedicated volunteer growing groups. All proceeds will support the Friends’ mission: to protect, nurture, and share the wonders of Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

3. Petals from the Past
Need help with plants, flowers and gardening? Petals from the Past has a wide variety of resources to get your garden blooming this spring. They have an expert, friendly staff who is ready to assist you in buying the perfect plant for your landscaping. Shop their native perennials or sign up for a herb cooking class this month!
