  • What: Take a spellbinding exploration of our solar system with the Alabama Symphony Orchestra. Transport yourself to the stars and spend an evening listening to magnificent songs by renowned composers like Gustav Holst, Claude Debussy and Avner Dorman.

2. Cinderella

  • What: Hold onto your glass slippers and enjoy the timeless tale of Cinderella as it is told through the Alabama Ballet. Witness elegant dancing, spectacular costumes and stunning scenery.
  • When: Friday, March 3, 7:30PM | Saturday, March 4, 2:30PM + 7PM | Sunday, March 5, 2:30PM

3. The Exceptional Foundation Chili Cook-Off

  • What: At this family-friendly outdoor chili competition and fundraiser, guests can sample a plethora of homemade chili while enjoying an array of live entertainment, beverages, kids’ activities and more.
  • When: Saturday, March 4 | 10:30AM-3PM
  • Where: Brookwood Village
  • Cost: $15 | Children under 12 – Free

4. Cahaba Night Bazaar

  • What: Shop 80 local vendors, artists and makers. Enjoy food trucks, live music and drink specials.
  • When: Saturday, March 4 | 5-10PM
  • Where: Cahaba Brewing

5. ASPIRE Wine 10K

  • What: Run (or walk) this fun single loop course through Homewood, then join the post-race festivities at SoHo Square afterwards.
  • When: Saturday, March 4 | 7-10AM
  • Where: Homewood City Hall
  • Cost: Race Fee – $60 | Additional sign-up fee – $5.90

6. For the Birds Gala

  • What: The Alabama Wildlife Center is hosting a charity gala benefiting their rehabilitation clinic and education programs. Enjoy dinner, drinks, music, a silent auction and more.

7. Taste of Birmingham
