Woodlawn Street Market returning in April
Woodlawn Street Market, the product of a partnership between REV Birmingham and Woodlawn Business Association, will begin its 10th season of local makers’ markets this April extending through December.
Since 2014, it has helped several vendors grow beyond the market into food trucks, online shops and brick and mortar locations. The market is now seeking local small businesses and entrepreneurs to join the team.
Here’s their 2023 market schedule:
- April 1 (10AM-4PM)
- June 11 (5PM-9PM)
- August 13 (5PM-9PM)
- October 15 (10AM-4PM)
- December 11 (12PM-4PM)
Each market will feature over 70 Birmingham makers offering everything from jewelry to food to decor. It will be located along 55th Place between 1st Ave North and 1st Ave South.
“I keep coming back to the Woodlawn Street Market because I’ve participated since its inception. The relationship and bonds, professionally and personally, created through Woodlawn Street Market and REV Birmingham have helped my business blossom. Woodlawn Street Market is like no other in Birmingham because of vendor uniqueness and its affordability to new entrepreneurs.โ
