1. MELT | Lane Parke
After closing their doors in Avondale in December 2022, MELT has moved to the popular Lane Parke area in Mountain Brook. They’re still serving their delicious grilled cheese and beloved fries, just in a new location.

2. Aww Shucks | Avondale
Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian or just a lover of corn, Aww Shucks is the place for you. They serve fresh fire roasted corn that is seasoned and dressed in different unique flavors.

3. Ono Poké | The Summit
Located next to Taco Mama and Teaspoon, Ono Poké has opened its third location in The Summit. This customizable poké bowl restaurant allows you to create the perfect bowl with options like salmon, spicy tuna, shrimp and a dozen of different toppings.

4. Milo’s Hamburgers | Downtown
Milo’s Hamburgers is coming back to Downtown Birmingham with more amenities and a huge grand opening. Make sure to get there early for the three-day grand opening on February 15-17 for free Milo’s swag and delicious burgers.

5. Open Channels Wellness Studios | Crestline
Open Channels Wellness Studios is a group of holistic and alternative therapists all under one roof. They host a variety of classes such as:

6. BUCKLE | The Summit

7. Honest Coffee Roasters | Edgewood
Honest Coffee Roasters has found a new home for their second location in Edgewood. Construction begins in February with the hope to open in April 2023.
“The former Dreamcakes location has been attractive to our team for a while. Our partner Vinh Tran—who owns Ono Poke at Edgewood—determined the new space would make a great home for Honest Coffee. Edgewood carries all of the beautiful qualities of a family-friendly neighborhood. We can’t wait to be part of the community!”

8. Peach Cobbler Factory | Trussville
You will see me running to Peach Cobbler as soon as they open. With 12 flavors of peach cobbler and banana budding plus giant cookies, what more can you ask for! Need something to wash all that goodness down with? They even have homemade sweet tea, with peach flavors, of course. We are so excited for this new addition to Trussville.
