About The Peach Cobbler Factory

A Black-founded business, The Peach Cobbler Factory got its start in 2013. With an aggressive expansion plan, the franchise is quickly opening in several new locations across Alabama. Some nearby will include Birmingham and Mountain Brook. But, first, owner and franchisee Ebonee Hammonds-Copeland is bringing the biz to Trussville.

“We chose to open in Trussville because there has been so much growth in the area and there isn’t too many dessert-only businesses in the area.  We feel that it’s the perfect location to grow our business and essentially allow us to open more stores.”

The menu

According to Ebonee, guests can expect to be amazed by the eateries premium desserts. Consider me intrigued.

Here’s a peek at what will be available:

• Banana pudding (12 flavors)
• Big Cookies 
• Cobbler (12 flavors)
• Gourmet cinnamon rolls (6 flavors)
• Pudd-N Shakes
• Beverages include sweet peachy tea, cold Rush Brew coffee + more

BONUS: The menu will also include a Dessert Flight so customers can pick four of their favorite cobbler and pudding flavors in any combination.

The when & where

Where will this dessert haven be located? Be careful not to fall off the edge of your seat in anticipation because as of now, the exact location and opening date are both under wraps. The good news—Ebonne said we can expect to visit the sweetery in late spring.
