Hallmark Channel movie filming in Birmingham till mid-December

A Hallmark Channel movie titled Naima in Nashville is filming in the Birmingham area this month according to Film Birmingham, an initiative of Create Birmingham.

The production was seen on November 30th at Renaissance Records in the 5 Points South neighborhood.

Bham Now caught up with Jessica Moody, director of Programs and Operations at Create Birmingham, to learn more about the film.

In Birmingham until December 15th

Details about the film are under wraps, but Moody told us they will be shooting the film at various locations in the Magic City up until December 15th. 

About 60 people are working on the production, with about half of the crew coming from the Birmingham area.

More Films Coming to Birmingham in 2023

Even though she could not provide us any details at this time, Moody told Bham Now that there are several films in the pipeline for 2023.
