“Real estate has a variety of sectors that create more opportunities than many people will ever know what to do with and offers faster career promotion, and progression. Real estate interests me because it will forever remain a great investment, can provide financial freedom, and is mainly run independently. CORE gives me opportunity to pursue that.”

With CORE, you can gain the industry knowledge and job-ready skills you need to launch your career in real estate—all for free and on your own time.

“I have always had a passion for real estate, so once my professor mentioned the program and that I would have a chance to gain a better understanding, a mentor, an opportunity to start my real estate career and much more, I was in! The course outline was straight to the point; I worked at my own pace while still taking classes at my university, so it was almost a no brainer for me.”

The CORE program is designed to bring more people from underrepresented groups into the real estate field.

“The CORE initiative provides underrepresented groups a platform to gain knowledge about the real estate industry. It advocates for the change of more diversity while enhancing the looks of the industry. I love this initiative because it provides opportunities and knowledge that has not always been readily available for us.”

CORE connects you with mentors to advance your career

For Zaria, she’s found more than just a course within the program, but a community to support her journey as a young professional as well.

“CORE has placed me in contact with mentors that have been a tremendous help to the advancement of my career. To maintain quality progression, it has to continue with the generation that follows, and the CORE coordinators and mentors went above and beyond to show me the way, provide any advice they could give, and help me with career opportunities and development.”
