Birmingham foodies, I’ve got exciting news for you—popular food truck Encore Rouge has officially opened their brick-and-mortar restaurant for a test run and will have their grand opening on Saturday, October 1. Keep reading for all the delicious details.

Encore Rouge has already wowed locals with their tasty food truck and menu full of gourmet street food. In 2019, they took home second place in REV Birmingham’s The Big Pitch competition for startups, with the goal of turning their food truck into a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Now, that plan has come to life! You can enjoy their delicious offerings in their newly open storefront on Southside next to Taco Mama. They’re currently open as a test run with a limited menu to make sure everything goes smoothly, but soon, you can enjoy brand-new items in a full-service environment at their grand opening.
