NEW: Honest Coffee Roasters coming to The Pizitz Food Hall

Big news for coffee lovers (and anyone excited about new businesses coming to Birmingham)—The Pizitz Food Hall will soon have a new tenant. Honest Coffee Roasters, a coffee roaster with locations in Huntsville and Nashville, is coming in 2023. Keep reading for the scoop.

The Pizitz Food Hall’s newest tenant ☕

Thanks to a talented group of local restauranteurs, Honest Coffee Roasters is coming to The Pizitz Food Hall. Experienced restauranteurs Jesus “Chuy” Mendez, Diego Guzman Lopez, Vinh Tran and Christy Wimberly are partnering to open the shop in 2023.

You may already know Jesus “Chuy” Mendez, Diego Guzman Lopez and Vinh Tran for their fantastic local restaurants—The Louis Bar, Unos Tacos and Ono Poké. Clearly, they know a thing or two about good food and drink in Birmingham. Wimberly is Honest Roaster’s Huntsville-based partner who opened The Rocket City’s location five years ago.

Honest Coffee Roasters is a popular coffee shop with locations in Franklin, Nashville and Huntsville. The new location joins a list of amazing Birmingham coffee shops—who ever said Birmingham doesn’t have a great coffee scene?!
