New taco joint, Ladybird Taco, headed to Lane Parke—learn more

What is Ladybird Taco?

Ladybird Taco is one of the newest tenants announced in Lane Parke Phase II. They are a fast-casual coffee and taco spot, inspired by the taco scene in Austin, TX. Founded by music industry veteran Gabe Scott, Chef Andrew Wisehart and award-winning restauranteur Ben Edgarton, Ladybird Taco opened its doors in Nashville, TN in 2020. It will be opening a second location in Birmingham by the end of 2022.

Wondering what they’re servin’ up? Here are a few popular picks:

• #1 Breakfast Taco, with bacon, scrambled eggs and Monterey jack cheese
• The Cowboy salad, with romaine, charred broccoli, cotija, crispy potatoes and fresh corn
• Honey Limeade
• Chips and loaded queso, with either brisket or chorizo
• #10 Lunch Taco, with grilled queso fresca, rajas, shredded cabbage and pico de gallo

What else is new in Lane Parke?

According to developers, construction on Lane Parke Phase II should be completed by this fall. Phase II focuses on increasing the walkability and connectivity of the entire Lane Parke area. The long-awaited opening of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is part of Phase II, as well as X4 Fitness, MELT, Little Buckhead Blue, ChopNFresh Salads, Clean Juice, Basecoat on Fifth, Ignite Cycle, Son’s Donuts, Starbucks and many others!
