NEW residential development Kindred Square coming to Avondale

Marcion Luce, a newly-formed real estate development company, has plans to develop Kindred Square, a community of single family modern row houses in Avondale. Keep reading for all the details about the new community.

The project will consist of eight free-standing units. There will be six three-bedroom and two one-bedroom homes that range from two to three stories tall, all with a private balcony and parking on site.

The houses will have a ‘modern living’ design done by local architect Justin Collier. The goal of the development is to create a “community within a community” feeling for residents.

The community is also being designed to create a living environment that makes the outdoors an extension of indoor living. There will be trees and shrubbery placed throughout the community to create a park-like environment and a common “greenway” connecting the homes to one another.

Coming soon to Avondale

Construction on the development is slated to begin this summer.

Kindred Square will be located on 4276 2nd Avenue S in the heart of Avondale. It is within walking distance from Avondale’s main commercial district, including some of our favorite spots like Avondale Brewing, Post Office Pies and Big Spoon Creamery.
