About Taste of Trussville

Trussville
A tasty meal awaits. (Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce / Breanne Cook)

The event got its start in 2009 as TASTE (Trussville’s Art Show & Tasting Event). The purpose—for local restaurants and other food establishments to offer a taste of their signature dishes alongside regional fine arts.

In order to keep up with the growing number of ticket-holders, the event was revamped in 2018. The event was renamed Taste of Trussville and the art show was replaced with a full focus on the city’s food and drink scene.

With Trussville being such a popular spot for young families, the event also took on a more family-friendly tone. Were the event’s updates well received? You better believe it!

Tickets to Taste of Trussville sold out in 2018, 2019 and 2021! (The event was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic.)
