We’ve got the scoop on what’s ahead at the festival and plenty of reasons you and your pals will want to attend. Read on for our top five.
Top 5 reasons to attend Irondale Music Fest 2026

Free live music is always a good reason to make plans. Head to the stage at Beacon Park (be sure to bring along some lawn chairs!) and settle in for an afternoon of tunes.
Here’s a look at the lineup:

2. See The Tony Tatum Experience with 12-piece band

Whether you’re there for live bands, soulful sounds or a little DJ energy, there’s plenty to keep you grooving throughout the day.
Did you make it to I Love Irondale Day in July 2026? Then you might remember The Tony Tatum Experience bringing some serious energy to the crowd.
That night, Tony performed with three musicians, but he’s going bigger for Irondale Music Fest 2026. This time, he’s bringing his full 12-piece band to Beacon Park!
If you liked what you heard at the City of Irondale’s I Love Irondale Day, you’ll want to come back for this performance.
3. Celebrate Irondale’s 139th birthday at Beacon Park

We love a good music lineup, but this event features so much more. Irondale Music Fest 2026 is also a celebration of 139 years of the City of Irondale, making it the perfect opportunity to spend some time with the community while joining in the birthday festivities.
“Music Fest is one of our favorite Irondale traditions, a celebration of our city, our people and 139 years of community. Come out, enjoy an incredible night of free music and see how we do it in the ‘Dale!”
Mayor James D. Stewart, Jr.
