Monday, March 14—or 3.14—is National Pi Day. While some celebrate with mathematics, at Bham Now, we do it with food. We polled our audience to find out where to get the best pie in Birmingham, and the results are in! From coconut cream to crawfish (what?!)…. here are the top spots to grab a slice on this special day.
1. Demetri’s BBQ
Go for the barbecue, stay for the pie. The dessert menu at Demetri’s includes soul-soothing pies like coconut cream, chocolate and lemon meringue. Or, opt for an apple or peach turnover à la mode.
