Who doesn’t love a bar that’s dedicated to all things wine? Luckily, we’ve got plenty of them here in Birmingham. Grab your friends and make your next wine night plans at these local spots.

The perfect pairings. (Bham Now)

Owner Gray Maddox has years of experience with Frank Stitt restaurants, so you know you’re in good hands. Aviné offers delicious small bites, cocktails and of course an impressive selection of wines.

2. The Wine Loft

Over 200+ wines to choose from…you’ve got options. (@wineloftbham on Instagram)

Currently, The Wine Loft is only open to the public on Wednesday evenings. Get over that mid-week slump with eclectic tapas, a sophisticated ambiance and wine by the glass or bottle.

3. Freddy’s

There’s never a bad time for some wine. (Bham Now)

Freddy’s, located on the first floor of Highland Towers Apartments, has all the specials. Every Tuesday-Thursday from 4-6PM, a different regional wine is $2 off a glass and house wine carafes are $2 off as well. On Mondays, bottles of wine are half off all night. Sounds like a plan to me.

4. Red or White

Stop by to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the bar. Once you’re done, you can buy a bottle to take home from their extensive selection of reds, whites and more.
