In its 46th season, you’ve likely watched or at least know about the show Chopped—the Food Network show that pits four chefs against each other as they compete by turning baskets of mystery ingredients into an extraordinary three-course meal. The final chef wins $10,000.

Ervin will appear on Season 46, Episode 2 of the show titled Beast and Bourbon. She, along with three other chefs, will show off their genius by taming wild game meat in each round of the competition using different bourbons to accent and complement their dishes. Sounds like quite the competition!
