Immediate helps employers give workers their earned wages. So workers get paid what they’ve earned, immediately. Basically, this startup helps deliver and improve employers’ finance.

Their app ImmediatePay, allows you to seamlessly track your payroll. Your earnings go directly into your debit card or bank account.

FUN FACT: This startup was a finalist and winner of Alabama Launchpad’s imerge 2019 event.

This startup currently covers 46 states and hopes that this new space will expand their footprint even further.

Immediate is excited to have a more permanent space to call their own. The new headquarters will be a space for collaborative work and a spot for clients from all over the state and country to visit.

CEO Matt Pierce chose Homewood for its walkable neighborhood. Excitingly, they are neighbors with the new Valley Hotel, Edgar’s and more fun businesses in the entertainment district. They’re hoping that Homewood will provide an exciting and friendly atmosphere for their visitors.

“As we work to provide more American workers with on-demand wage access, it makes sense for us to be in Birmingham where there are major healthcare systems and companies with thousands of employees who could benefit from financial solutions.”

Because of their growth, the new space will accommodate this growth and make room for even more expansion. The goal is to create a work environment that makes it easier to connect with customers.
