Now, you may be wondering, how does a dual concept hotel works? Hilton has engineered this project to have both short term and long term guests—housing the extended term guests in the 99 rooms of the Homewood Suites 10.0. Hilton Garden Inn will have over 100 rooms and will house guests that only plan to stay a night or two. Residents and guests will be joined by a lobby managed by Hilton.

As one of the first of its kind, the new Hilton development will break ground Spring 2022, which won’t be too long.

“This Hilton 10.0 prototype dual brand hotel concept will be a great asset for the city of Hoover and Stadium Trace Village. The innovative concept will further elevate Stadium Trace Village as a destination for the community and visitors to the area.”

The Deal

William Kadesh, the developer of Stadium Trace Village, was involved in securing the deal with Hilton. As the Director of Development and Depositions at Lawrence Kadesh Real Estate, Kadesh has had a hand in numerous Stadium Trace projects, and has attracted big names to the area such as Edgar’s Bakery, Taco Mama, and O’Henry’s Coffee.

There are no further details regarding the address the hotel will occupy or details regarding a specific location.
